We are looking for a Design Manager who can lead the design process from concept development to on-site execution while delivering visually compelling and technically sound event environments.
Position Overview
The Design Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, visualizing, and coordinating projects from initial ideas through execution. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical proficiency, client interaction, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and design presentations.
Create venue layouts, space planning, and technical drawings.
Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings.
Prepare mood boards, design themes, and material palettes.
Develop detailed working drawings for execution.
Coordinate with production and execution teams.
Attend client meetings and present design concepts.
Conduct site visits to ensure accurate implementation.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with design trends, materials, and visualization techniques.
