Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Need to build and maintain multiple instances of a web application using PHP, JavaScript, SQL, React, and Laravel.
Responsibilities comprise developing new features resolving bugs optimising database queries maintaining consistency across deployments and implementing updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality.
- Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution plans.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting front-end applications across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
