Job Title : Azure Integration Lead - Migration
Experiernce: 8-12 Years
Location: Chennai/Pune/ Banglore

Key Responsibilities
- Migration & Assessment: Lead "Lift and Shift" or refactoring initiatives. Perform cloud readiness assessments, dependency mapping, and workload sizing. Establish cutover plans, migration runbooks, and rollback procedures.
- Integration Architecture: Design complex pub/sub, event-driven, and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Azure Integration Services (AIS): Hands-on development and architecture using:
- Azure Logic Apps (Consumption & Standard)
- Azure API Management (APIM)
- Azure Service Bus, Event Grid & Event Hubs
- Azure Functions
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- DevOps & CI/CD: Oversee Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployment pipelines and automated release management utilizing:
- Azure DevOps
- Terraform / ARM / Bicep templates
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, define technical best practices, and collaborate directly with cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years in application engineering, cloud infrastructure, and middleware integration.
- Migration Expertise: Deep knowledge of the 6 R's of migration, experience migrating from BizTalk or on-premise systems, and proficiency using Azure Migrate.
- Technical Proficiency: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, Managed Identity, and C# / .NET.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, technical communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Azure Developer Associate
