Role Description
Role Purpose
The Program Associate plays a key role in enabling LINC Education to deliver high-quality, personalised learning experiences to students across multiple university partnerships. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end program operations, ensuring seamless delivery, process compliance, and data-driven decision-making that contribute to an exceptional student and partner experience. By working closely with internal teams and global university stakeholders, the role directly supports LINC's mission of scaling high-quality online education through operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operational
Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of academic support services by LINC Fellows and Academic Course Coordinators.
Track and monitor daily, weekly, and term-based operational objectives to ensure timely execution.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of services and oversee the final outputs for university partners.
Strategic
Support the development and continuous improvement of delivery service standards, including dashboards, monitoring frameworks, and SOPs.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology, analytics, and process optimisation.
Develop strategies to enhance service quality and resolve university partner queries, contributing to continuous service improvement.
Collaborative
Work closely with the Program Manager to implement operational standards and drive service excellence.
Partner with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of client commitments.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address operational challenges and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Essential Requirements & Qualifications
Education
Experience
Must-Have Skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to derive insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Resourceful, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems creatively, and drive improvements.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and confidently navigate ambiguity and change.
Good to Have
Prior experience working with global clients.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, Canvas and Blackboard.
Exposure to AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make).
Specific Requirements
Language: Must be proficient in English.
Travel: No travel required.
Working hours: Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. On critical business days, flexibility may be required to accommodate client time zones.
Tools / Platforms: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) is required. Familiarity with Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) or similar data visualisation tools is preferred.
