🚀 We're Hiring | Brand & Marketing Operations Executive
Location: Safina Plaza, Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹36,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience & suitability)
At SONAL, we've been celebrating the timeless elegance of Indian sarees for over 27 years. As we prepare for the next phase of our journey—including the launch of our upcoming flagship store—we're looking for an enthusiastic and organised professional to help us build the marketing function from the ground up.
This is not a conventional social media role.
It's an opportunity to become an integral part of the leadership team responsible for coordinating branding, content creation, digital marketing operations, and customer engagement for a premium saree brand.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with our Social Media Agency to ensure timely execution of content and campaigns.
- Review creatives, captions, content calendars, and campaign plans before management approvals.
- Track timelines and ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Photography & Content Production
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, models, stylists, and production teams.
- Plan and schedule content shoots.
- Maintain an organised library of digital assets including photographs and videos.
Digital Marketing Operations
- Coordinate website content with our development team.
- Assist in executing WhatsApp marketing campaigns through Interakt.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Support future SEO, PR, and digital marketing initiatives.
Customer & Store Coordination
- Work closely with store teams to coordinate customer enquiries received through digital platforms.
- Ensure timely communication between agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain organised documentation of marketing initiatives.

- Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable working with multiple agencies, vendors, and creative professionals.
- Passionate about branding, fashion, retail, and digital marketing.
- Eager to learn and grow with the organisation.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, digital marketing, project coordination, retail operations, or related fields.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, luxury, or consumer brands will be an added advantage.
