Job Requirements:
Program and Service Delivery Leader with over 8 years of experience
Service Delivery & SLA Management
Own end-to-end delivery and operational stability for a wide portfolio of projects
Accountable for service delivery outcomes
Lead Agile delivery ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring predictable delivery
Improve operational efficiency by streamlining issue resolution and support processes
Managed IT service delivery operations, overseeing a team of engineers and ensuring SLA compliance.
