You will work directly with me and gain hands-on exposure to how an early-stage education business is built:
• Running growth experiments
• Managing community operations
• Researching students and markets
• Developing content
• Exploring partnerships
• Taking ideas from discussion to execution
The work will be high-context and occasionally ambiguous.
I care less about polished corporate vocabulary and more about whether you can:
• Think clearly
• Write precisely
• Research before asking
• Take ownership
• Close the loop
If every task needs to be broken into ten detailed steps, this role will be uncomfortable.
If you can turn an unclear problem into a concrete outcome, you will fit in well.
