The Role
We're looking for a creative, hungry Associate UX Designer (1–3 years experience) who wants to do more than push pixels. You'll work alongside an experienced UX team — plus psychologists, developers, and product managers — to turn user behavior into intuitive, high-performing products. If you're eager to learn fast, experiment often, and see your designs make measurable business impact, this is for you.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, user stories, prototypes, and polished UI across web and devices.
- Identify UX problems and craft elegant solutions that balance user needs with business goals.
- Make design and experience decisions on both existing features and new ones.
- Rapidly test, gather feedback, and iterate — a true user-centered approach.
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver a seamless, holistic product experience.
- Champion new ideas and constantly push our digital work forward.
What You'll Bring
- 1–3 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showing real UX thinking, not just visuals. (Applications without a portfolio won't be reviewed.)
- Working knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, motion, and visual design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma (Sketch/Adobe XD a plus) and a working understanding of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a bonus.
- Sharp problem-solving, an analytical mind, and instinct for business context.
- Excellent communication and a genuinely collaborative attitude.
