At Alyke, we’re building a friendship app designed to help people form real, meaningful one-on-one connections based on shared interests.
We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager who loves understanding user behavior, improving engagement, and driving retention through product thinking and experimentation.
Think of this role like managing a great restaurant.
The food is amazing, the ambience is beautiful, and people love the idea — but customers are not returning often enough or ordering more. Your job is not to redesign the restaurant.
Your job is to understand:
• Why users leave
• What makes them come back
• What increases delight
• And how to improve every touchpoint of the experience
That’s exactly what you’ll do at Alyke.
The product already exists. Your focus will be on optimizing:
• Onboarding
• Engagement
• Retention
• Conversion
• Monetization
• User delight
What You’ll Do:
• Analyze user funnels and behavior patterns
• Improve onboarding and activation journeys
• Run A/B tests and experiments
• Optimize engagement and retention loops
• Improve notifications, conversion flows, and monetization touchpoints
• Work closely with founders, design, and engineering teams
• Track growth metrics and identify opportunities
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has 2–5 years of Product Management experience
• Has worked on B2C or consumer-facing products
• Understands growth metrics, retention, funnels, and experimentation
• Is comfortable with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, etc.
• Loves solving user behavior and engagement problems
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments
Bonus if you’ve worked in:
Social apps, dating apps, gaming, fintech, creator platforms, or content products.
