What You'll Do
As the central coordination point of our business, you will work closely with our Sales, Service, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating sales quotations, customer orders, and project documentation.
- Scheduling service engineers and managing service assignments.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams across different countries.
- Monitoring project timelines and ensuring timely execution.
- Preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting business operations.
- Working with management to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maritime, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in coordination, operations, customer support, project administration, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Maritime industry experience is beneficial but not required.
