What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing department and other departments, ensuring smooth, timely communication
- Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive business growth and strengthen brand visibility.
- Facilitate cross-departmental coordination so marketing initiatives stay aligned with company objectives
- Assist the Head of Marketing with daily administrative tasks including scheduling, email management, and team coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
- Conduct market research and gather data to support marketing strategy and decision-making
- Own marketing projects end to end, from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain marketing expense tracking and manage invoicing coordination with the finance department
