About The Role
- Work directly with the Co-founder to support the planning, coordination, content creation, and execution of high-visibility initiatives such as training cohorts, Founder Sessions, and community programs.
- Gain hands-on exposure to business operations, content strategy, and program management while learning directly from an experienced founder.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for ongoing training cohorts, including external participants.
- Support the end-to-end execution of Founder Sessions, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-ups.
- Repurpose the Co-founder's content templates into polished social media posts using Canva.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
- Conduct research and curate industry insights, benchmark examples, and learning resources.
- Summarize research findings into concise and actionable content.
- Repurpose ideas and frameworks into multiple content formats, including social media posts, carousels, short videos, and newsletters.
- Identify opportunities to improve the execution of training cohorts and Founder Sessions.
- Collaborate closely with the Co-founder on content planning, program execution, and operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of programs.
