Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control food & beverage costs.
- Manage inventory, stock reconciliation and physical stock verification.
- Analyse variances, wastage and consumption.
- Ensure accurate costing, recipe costing and inventory records.
- Coordinate with F&B Operations, Purchase, Stores and Finance teams.
- Prepare daily/monthly cost and inventory reports.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as an F&B Controller.
- Hotel & Restaurant experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and MS Excel.
