Hiring: Senior Physical Design Engineer

Core Requirement
- Mandatory Tool: Strong, hands-on expertise with Synopsys Fusion Compiler (RTL-to-GDSII / P&R optimization).
- Process Nodes: Experience on advanced tech nodes ($7\text{nm} / 5\text{nm}$ or below).
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle block/chip-level Physical Design (Floorplanning, CTS, Routing, STA, and Sign-off).
- Drive PPA convergence and resolve timing/congestion bottlenecks using Fusion Compiler.
- Conduct DRC/LVS and EM/IR drop analysis.
- Utilize Tcl/Python scripting for tool flow automation.
