Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, Staffing, Reporting, and Integrations. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and enhancing Workday HCM solutions while collaborating with HR and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM and related modules.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure Business Processes, Security, Organizations, and Staffing models.
- Develop calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and EIB integrations.
- Support implementations, enhancements, testing (SIT/UAT), and production issues.
- Manage Workday releases and tenant configurations.
- Prepare functional documentation and user training materials.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in Workday HCM.
- Hands-on experience in Core HCM, BP Configuration, Security, and Reporting.
- Knowledge of Calculated Fields, Report Writer, EIB, and data migration.
- Experience in testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Payroll, or Recruiting modules.
- Workday HCM Certification.
- Knowledge of Workday Studio, Core Connectors, or PECI.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
