We are hiring a Creative Brand Strategist to work with a leading advertising agency in Mumbai!
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Experience: 1-2 years in creative strategy, brand planning or a creative agency environment
What you’ll do
- Identify consumer insights and translate research into communication and creative routes.
- Develop strategic ideas and campaigns for brands across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with copy, design, video, media, research and account teams from ideation through execution.
- Build pitch decks, concept presentations, creative territories and campaign narratives.
- Develop visual mood boards and work closely with designers to bring strategic ideas to life.
- Use consumer, market and campaign data to identify opportunities and improve creative effectiveness.
- Analyse existing client performance and turn insights into actionable digital solutions.
- Participate in testing, optimisation and evaluation of creative ideas.
- Create strategic/creative reports with clear recommendations and next steps.
What we’re looking for
- Strong understanding of brands, consumer behaviour, tone of voice and creative briefs.
- Excellent conceptual thinking and ability to turn an insight into a compelling idea.
- Ability to write and present concept/pitch decks confidently.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social platforms and content formats.
- Strong visual and design sensibility; experience with mood boards is useful.
- Ability to communicate ideas through stories, visuals, sketches, flows or prototypes.
- Strong research, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and work against tight agency deadlines.
- A portfolio demonstrating both conceptual and visual thinking.
