Customer Relationship Executive (Work From Home)About Gear Gains LLP
Gear Gains LLP is building a platform that enables individuals to participate in the ownership of income-generating construction equipment such as JCB Backhoe Loaders and Hyundai Excavators. We help customers understand our business model through transparent communication and professional customer support.
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Customer Relationship Executives to work remotely and handle inbound customer enquiries generated through our marketing campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Contact leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google, and referrals.
• Explain the Gear Gains business model in a simple and professional manner.
• Schedule calls between interested prospects and the founder.
• Follow up with potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain customer records in Google Sheets/CRM.
• Build trust with customers through honest and professional communication.
• Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, NBFC, or Sales.
• Excellent Hindi communication skills.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, and MS Office.
• Laptop/Desktop with stable broadband internet.
• Quiet work environment for professional calling.

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary & Benefits
• ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (Fixed Salary)
