## About Nuce Loom
Nuce Loom is a premium made-to-order Indian ethnic and fusion womenswear label, built on the idea of "New Indian Form" — Indian design as an evolving global language, not a costume. We run zero-inventory, no-discount.
We're small, fast, and building something we want to sit next to Raw Mango and Loro Piana, not fast fashion.
If you've spent your career writing brand decks for legacy houses that never ship anything on time, this probably isn't for you. If you want to own how a real brand shows up — website, ads, content, email, packaging, partnerships — and see the impact in weeks not quarters, keep reading.
## What you'll actually do
- Own brand consistency across every touchpoint — Shopify site, Meta ads, Klaviyo emails, Instagram, LinkedIn, packaging — so Nuce Loom looks and sounds like one brand everywhere
- Work directly with our Creative Director on collection launches: naming, positioning, campaign concepts, and how a collection story gets told across channels
- Turn founder-voice content (reels, LinkedIn posts) into a repeatable system instead of one-off scrambles
- Build and manage a content calendar across collection phases (we run four seasonal drops a year — summer, office/daily wear, festive, wedding)
- Brief and manage photographers, videographers, and freelancers for shoots and campaigns
- Partner with growth marketing on how brand and performance actually reinforce each other — not treat them as separate departments
- Keep an eye on competitors (Raw Mango, Torani, Anita Dongre, Verb by Pallavi Singhee) and the wider Instagram MTO boutique landscape, and turn that into actual point-of-view, not just a slide
- Protect the no-discount, premium positioning against pressure to chase short-term sales
## What we're looking for
- 2–5 years in brand, marketing, or content roles — fashion, D2C, or premium consumer preferred
- You can write. Not "content writer" write — founder-voice, sharp, no PR fluff
- You understand visual identity and can brief a designer or photographer without babysitting them
- Comfortable with ambiguity — we don't have a 40-person marketing department or a brand bible you can hide behind
- Genuine interest in Indian fashion and craft, not just fashion in general
- Bias to ship — you'd rather ask forgiveness on a moodboard than wait a week for sign-off
## Nice to have
- Experience launching or working closely with a D2C or DTC brand pre-Series A
- Understanding of Meta Ads and Klaviyo well enough to have an opinion in a strategy conversation
- A point of view on why Indian fashion brands mostly fail to translate abroad — and what that means for us
## Why this role, right now
You'd be the first dedicated brand hire at a company where the founders are still doing brand work themselves. That means real ownership fast, but also means you're building the function, not slotting into one. High leverage, high visibility, no bureaucracy to hide behind.
