Role Description
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients, assess eligibility, and recommend suitable immigration and visa programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into successful enrollments.
- Explain immigration processes, documentation requirements, service offerings, fees, and timelines clearly and professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent client relationships and a high standard of customer service.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for seamless client onboarding.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa programs, and industry trends to provide accurate guidance to clients.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; prior experience in immigration sales, visa consulting, or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to achieve targets and convert leads into clients.
- Basic knowledge of immigration programs, visa processes, and documentation requirements is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office with good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
