As a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a key product in our portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of enterprise clients. Your ability to align product vision with business goals and customer needs will play a critical role in the company’s success.

Responsibilities
- Builds on associate PM while growing scope
- Develop features based on customer feedback; advocate for customer needs throughout the SDLC.
- Understands vision, direction and priority of the product roadmap and backlog.
- Defines the Product Backlog for the assigned scope and present business justification for prioritization of backlog items.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, clearly articulating business objectives and VoC..
- Manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high quality outcomes.
- Communicate risk early and often; work closely with leadership to remove obstacles. Manage dependencies
- Acts as an advocate for the Talent Acquisition market and internal stakeholders as it relates to product issues, market opportunities and portfolio initiatives
- Defines customer beta and early access programs.
- works with release management on a release plan
- Works directly with GTM organization to ensure organizational readiness and seamless launch of products.
- Clearly articulates success metrics
- Ensures downstream artifacts are current
- Owns data hygiene standards in defined systems of record.
- Contributes to customer enablement sessions (AMA, webinars, live sessions, etc)
Qualifications
- Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative problem solving, business judgment and financial acumen are required
- Relationship building skills and the ability to plan and influence across all departments in the organization.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a start-up or an enterprise
- Platform Experience (Privacy OR Consent Management)
