Role Description The Agentic AI Developer Intern / Junior Developer will support the design, implementation, and testing of AI agents and related software components. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining codebases for AI workflows, integrating model APIs, and implementing data pipelines and tools that improve agent performance. The role involves experimenting with neural architectures, applying pattern recognition techniques, and working with NLP models to handle tasks such as text understanding, reasoning, and automation. The developer will collaborate with senior engineers to debug issues, optimize performance, document features, and participate in code reviews. This is a full-time remote role, open to candidates based in India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan, with regular communication and collaboration across distributed teams.

Eligible locations: India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan
Compensation: INR 15,000–35,000 per month, based on skills, experience, location, and practical assessment
Experience: Internship candidates, freshers with strong projects, or developers with up to 3 years of relevant experience
What you will build
- AI agents and workflow automations using Python and LLM APIs
- Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems using vector databases
- Multi-step AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools
- API integrations, dashboards, internal tools, and production-ready automations
- Evaluation, monitoring, prompt improvement, and guardrails for AI-agent systems
Required skills
- Python and REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with at least one LLM provider, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models
- Basic knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering
- Git/GitHub and clear written English
- A GitHub portfolio, deployed project, or demo video is strongly preferred
Nice to have
- FastAPI, Django, React/Next.js, Docker, AWS, GCP, or Azure
- n8n, Make, Zapier, or other workflow-automation tools
- Experience building agents for healthcare, SMBs, customer service, sales, or operations
