Position: Technical Lead / Solution Architect
Location: IITM Research Park, Tharamani, Chennai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 5+ years
Salary: 10 LPA to 15 LPA Per annum -Based on the Interview Performance
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect to take end-to-end ownership of application delivery across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between Business Analysts, stakeholders, and the development team, ensuring business requirements are converted into scalable technical solutions and delivered on time with high quality.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Delivery Management
• Own the technical delivery of assigned projects and modules.
• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ensure project milestones are delivered on time while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Track progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
Requirements & Solution Design
• Work with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications, implementation plans, and solution designs.
• Provide technical recommendations, feasibility assessments, and effort estimates.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures aligned with business goals.
• Prepare architecture documents, technical specifications, integration designs, and system workflows.
Team Leadership & Coordination
• Plan and assign development tasks based on priorities, timelines, and team capabilities.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
• Mentor developers and guide them on technical challenges and best practices.
DevOps & Infrastructure Management
• Design, implement, and oversee CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, deployment environments, and application hosting.
• Ensure application availability, scalability, monitoring, logging, backup, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Drive infrastructure automation, security compliance, performance optimization, and cost management.
• Manage and support containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Quality & Governance
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, architectural principles, security guidelines, and development best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and technical evaluations to maintain solution quality and maintainability.
• Drive continuous improvement in performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong back-end coding knowledge.
• Experience with architecture documentation tools and solution design frameworks.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an added advantage.
• Relevant certifications in Azure, DevOps, Cloud Architecture, Kubernetes, or Solution Architecture are preferred.
