We're Hiring: Travel Operations Executive (Work From Home)
📍 Remote | Full-Time | Night Shifts | 4 Openings

TripXOXO is a fast-growing B2B/B2C travel platform aggregating activities, experiences, tours, and attractions across 900+ cities in 140+ countries. We're looking for Travel Operations Executives to manage day-to-day booking operations remotely, with a focus on night-shift support.
What you'll do:
- Handle end-to-end operations for domestic holiday and activity bookings
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings
- Manage booking queries, changes, and issue resolution
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of reservations
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain smooth booking workflows
- Support customers during assigned night shift hours
Shift timings (choose one):
- 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience; travel industry experience preferred
- Experience in domestic holidays and/or activity bookings a plus
- Willingness to work fixed night shifts, including weekends
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote/WFH setup
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup
