About the Role
Poplify is looking for a versatile Senior Designer with at least 5 years of experience to lead and deliver design across everything we create. This is a hands-on, project-leading role for someone who can own work end to end, set the creative direction, and bring a strong, consistent design sense to everything they touch.
What You'll Design
This role spans the full range of our design work, so versatility matters. You'll work across:
- Social media posts, carousels, and reels
- Brochures, flyers, and marketing collateral
- Presentations and pitch decks
- Email and newsletter design
- Infographics and data visualisations
- Logos, brand assets, and icons
- Landing pages and websites
- Mobile app interfaces and product UI/UX
- Ads and digital campaign creatives
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design projects end to end, from brief and discovery through to final delivery, across brand, marketing, and product design.
- Participate in and lead client meetings, stakeholder discussions, and design reviews.
- Gather requirements directly from clients, product owners, and internal stakeholders.
- Translate business goals and client feedback into clear, user-centric design solutions.
- Ensure design consistency through design systems and collaborate closely with the team.
- Mentor and guide fellow designers, elevating the overall quality of design across the team.
- What You'll Bring to the Team
- A strong, varied portfolio spanning both brand/marketing and digital/product design.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to clients, stakeholders, and the team.
- A sharp eye for detail, layout, typography, and consistency.
- Confidence in client-facing settings, including leading meetings and handling feedback professionally and constructively.
- A collaborative, dependable approach and the ability to set a direction others can follow.
Must-Have
- A minimum of 5 years of professional design experience.
- Working knowledge of UI/UX principles for web and mobile.
- Experience designing interactive prototypes and clickable links.
- A proven ability to lead design projects independently.
Skills & Tools
- Design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Canva,
- Motion and video: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
- UI/UX and prototyping: Web and mobile interface design, clickable prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD).
- AI-assisted design tools: familiarity with AI tools used in design workflows, such as Google Stitch, Adobe Firefly, and Motif AI.
- Reference and inspiration platforms: Pinterest, Behance, Dribbble, Mobbin and similar.
