Key Responsibilities- Social Media Management:
- Curate, create, and schedule engaging content (Reels, Posts, Stories) showcasing our portfolio across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Monitor trends in the wedding industry and implement creative social media strategies to increase reach and engagement.
- Client Coordination & Conversion:
- Be the primary point of contact for incoming leads via social media and website.
- Understand client requirements, present our packages, handle negotiations, and guide prospects smoothly from initial inquiry to final booking.
- Business Development & B2B Partnerships:
- Actively pitch to and onboard top wedding planners, event organizers, and venue partners to build a steady referral pipeline.
- Identify new avenues and networking opportunities to expand our clientele.
What We Are Looking For- Flawless Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Sales Acumen: A natural ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close deals.
- Social Media Savvy: Sound knowledge of Instagram algorithms, trends, and basic content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Indian wedding ecosystem, premium client expectations, and wedding photography trends is highly desirable.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their goals.
