Role Description
Bitsparx is looking for a Tech Consultant Intern to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This is a client-facing role focused on lead generation, client communication, business development, and technology consulting. You’ll engage with prospective clients, understand their business needs, recommend suitable technology solutions, and help convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify business leads through calls, LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
* Connect with prospective clients and schedule meetings.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
* Handle client queries related to websites, software, AI, and digital services.
* Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
* Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution.
* Maintain CRM records, client documentation, and sales reports.
Qualifications
* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident in client interactions, outbound calling, and follow-ups.
* Basic understanding of software, websites, or digital technologies.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Preferred Candidate
* Candidates currently residing in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai only.
* Prior experience in lead generation, business development, sales, or client handling is a plus.
