Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants, and ensuring designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. The role includes participating in client meetings, understanding requirements, and translating them into functional and aesthetically sound designs. The Architect will also assist with project documentation, support project management activities, and collaborate with construction teams to address design-related issues during execution.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, safe, and visually compelling spaces.
- Understanding of Integration between architectural plans and engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, landscape) for cohesive project delivery.
- Familiarity with latest Software used in design , development and visualization.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar), and comfort with basic office productivity software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution with professional registration
- Knowledge of local building bylaws, safety regulations and sustainability principles, and urban planning relevant to New Delhi.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
