Role Overview
The Director (AI) will lead Ithina’s AI and Intelligence organization responsible for building enterprise-scale Retail and Industrial Intelligence platforms.
The role requires deep expertise in:

Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Leadership
- Define Ithina’s enterprise AI roadmap and execution strategy.
- Lead AI innovation initiatives aligned with business growth.
- Build scalable AI and intelligence capabilities across products.
- Drive AI adoption across Retail and Industrial use cases.
Solution Architecture & Platform Leadership
- Lead architecture for AI-driven enterprise systems.
- Define scalable AI platform standards and frameworks.
- Oversee AI integrations with:
- ESL systems
- IoT devices
- ERP platforms
- POS systems
- Enterprise applications
Team Leadership
- Build and mentor AI engineering and data science teams.
- Drive high-performance engineering culture.
- Establish AI development and operational best practices.
Product & Business Collaboration
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- Translate customer and business needs into AI capabilities.
- Support enterprise customer discussions and solutioning.
Innovation & Research
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
