Job details:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in at least one of the following ServiceNow modules: ITOM, CSM, GRC/IRM, SPM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, SecOps, or Integrations. The candidate should have end-to-end development experience on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, integrations, workflow automation, and module customization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Notifications.
- Build Flow Designer workflows and IntegrationHub integrations.
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and code reviews.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
Mandatory Skills
- 5–12 years of overall IT experience.
- 4+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Update Sets.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile and ITIL processes.
Certifications also matter.
