Tech Lead – Azure Data Engineer (Microsoft Fabric)
Location: Bangalore / Mangalore/Remote

Mandatory Experience
Candidates should apply only if they have:
- 8+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Data Platform technologies
- 3+ years of hands-on production experience with Microsoft Fabric
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric.
- Build and maintain Data Factory/Fabric Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Fabric Notebooks, OneLake, and Lakehouse solutions.
- Design and optimize Medallion Architecture – Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers.
- Develop scalable ETL/ELT and data ingestion frameworks for enterprise workloads.
- Develop Real-Time Analytics and Event Streaming solutions.
- Implement data governance, security, monitoring, and performance optimization within Microsoft Fabric.
- Integrate Salesforce Sales Cloud/Data Cloud and Dynamics 365 with Microsoft Fabric.
- Build unified customer profiles by integrating Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and external enterprise data sources.
- Support Customer Insights and customer profile analytics.
- Develop AI-enabled data solutions using Microsoft Fabric AI, Copilot, Azure OpenAI and Microsoft AI Services.
- Work with large-scale enterprise datasets, preferably 100M+ records.
