Role
We're hiring a Product Specialist to become the face of Discovr AI during product demonstrations.
You'll work closely with prospective clients, Product, Engineering, QA, Sales, and the Founders to showcase our platform, answer product queries, gather customer feedback, and drive product adoption.
This role reports directly to the Founders
Key Responsibilities
Product Demonstrations
* Conduct tailored product demos for B2B prospects and customers.
* Understand customer requirements and showcase relevant product capabilities.
* Explain product features, workflows, and AI capabilities clearly.
Product & Customer Collaboration
* Become a product expert and stay updated on new features.
* Resolve product queries by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
* Capture customer feedback and feature requests for internal teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and QA throughout the customer journey.
* Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams to support successful product adoption.
Ideal Candidate
* 2 to 8 years of experience in Product Specialist, Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales, Product Enablement, or similar roles.
* Experience with B2B SaaS products is mandatory.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Comfortable discussing technical concepts with customers and engineering teams.
* Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into product conversations.
* Experience with AI, Influencer Marketing, Creator Economy, MarTech, or AdTech products is a plus.

Preferred Background
Candidates from B2B SaaS companies, preferably in AI, Influencer Marketing, Creator Economy, MarTech, or AdTech.
