Role Overview
We are hiring an Executive – Patient Care Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking specialized medical treatment. The role involves counselling patients, understanding their medical needs, coordinating with hospitals and specialists, arranging second opinions and teleconsultations, and guiding patients throughout their treatment journey—from the initial enquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
This role directly contributes to patient satisfaction, successful treatment coordination, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities● Patient Engagement
Connect with patients through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels to understand their medical concerns, build trust, and provide compassionate guidance throughout their healthcare journey.
● Medical Assessment & Case Review
Review patients' medical history, diagnostic reports, and treatment requirements. Coordinate with partner hospitals and specialists to obtain medical opinions, treatment plans, and cost estimates.
● Treatment Planning & Specialist Coordination
Recommend the most appropriate hospitals, specialists, and treatment options based on the patient's diagnosis, medical condition, budget, and preferred destination. Arrange teleconsultations and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
● End-to-End Patient Coordination
Manage the complete patient journey, including collection of medical records, treatment planning, appointment scheduling, visa documentation, travel arrangements, accommodation coordination, hospital admission, interpreter support, and post-treatment follow-up.
● Business Growth & Revenue Contribution
Convert patient enquiries into successful treatment cases by delivering exceptional patient counselling, timely follow-up, and personalized support, contributing directly to organizational growth and revenue.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in international patient services, hospital operations, medical tourism, healthcare coordination, or patient counselling.
- Experience working with hospitals or healthcare providers is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Knowledge of Portuguese, French, Arabic, Russian, or other international languages will be an added advantage.
