🚀 FOUNDING TEAM OPPORTUNITY — ANUGAM
ANUGAM is a learner–mentor guidance platform built to help learners connect with the right mentors and receive personalized 1-on-1 guidance.
Our MVP is already built and we are now entering the beta-testing and growth phase.
We are looking for ONE serious, long-term founding team member to work alongside the founder and help build ANUGAM from the ground up.
ROLE:
Founding Team Member — Business, Growth & Outreach
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:
• College and school outreach
• Presenting ANUGAM to students and institutions
• Community and user acquisition
• Marketing and growth experiments
• Partnerships and relationship building
• Understanding user feedback and helping shape the product
• Business and startup strategy
• Taking ownership of initiatives rather than simply completing assigned tasks
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Background in Management, MBA/BBA, Journalism & Mass Communication, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable speaking with students, colleges and institutions
• Interest in startups, business, marketing and technology
• Basic understanding or genuine interest in AI and technology
• Takes initiative and learns quickly
• Wants to build something long-term, not just add an internship to a resume
• Willing to take real ownership and responsibility
WHAT WE OFFER:
ANUGAM is currently bootstrapped. This is a founding-team opportunity with initial compensation structured as equity, up to 18% depending on role, commitment, responsibility and contribution. Equity terms are negotiable and will be discussed transparently with shortlisted candidates.
LOCATION:
Preference will be given to candidates from Central University of Haryana, Mahendragarh and nearby areas, especially those who can participate in local outreach.
IMPORTANT:
This is not a conventional internship or short-term job. We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to become part of the founding journey of ANUGAM.
