About the Role
Arshion Holdings is looking for an energetic and confident School Business Development Executive to build strong partnerships with schools and promote our Maths & Science activity-based learning programs, educational kits, workbooks, and school solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with new schools and potential partners
• Build relationships with school management, coordinators, and teachers
• Present and explain our educational programs and activity kits
• Schedule school meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Generate leads and convert them into school partnerships
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain lead status
• Coordinate with internal teams for school demos and program implementation
• Achieve monthly business development targets
• Maintain daily reports of school visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident presentation and negotiation abilities
Proactive and target-oriented approach
Willingness to travel for school visits
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Any Graduate / Postgraduate
