We’re Hiring: Social Media Executive
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: 2–3 years
🏢 Work Mode: Full-time, In-office
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who can take ownership of Frizzon’s social media presence and help build our brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the social media calendar and content strategy across platforms.
- Ideate and execute Reels, posts, stories, BTS, campaigns, and brand-led content.
- Identify opportunities to showcase our projects, directors, work, team, achievements, and culture.
- Work closely with the creative and production teams to develop relevant and engaging content.
- Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, DMs, collaborations, and cross-platform content.
- Track reach, engagement, audience growth, and content performance and use insights to improve the strategy.
- Stay on top of social media trends, formats, algorithms, and platform updates.
- Create basic creatives and edit short-form content using Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, agency, production house, or creative company.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn, with working knowledge of YouTube and Facebook.
- Someone who can think of ideas, execute them, and analyse what worked.
- Strong writing, communication, and visual sense.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple projects.
- Experience in advertising, entertainment, production, or creative content is a strong plus.
