Role Overview
We are hiring a KYC Verification Associate to manage KYC verification processes, conduct outbound calls to customers, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end KYC verification processes.
- Conduct outbound calls to customers for verification and clarification.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update systems regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and case closure.
Role Requirement
- Professional proficiency in English and conversational proficiency in Hindi; regional language skills preferred; Malayalam language proficiency is good to have
- Basic analytical skills with understanding of finance/accounting concepts.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays (rotational weekday offs as per roster).
- Shifts: 9 AM - 6 PM, 10 AM - 7 PM, or 2 PM - 11 PM.
- Freshers are preferred.
