🚀 We're Hiring | Manager – Software Engineering
Are you a passionate technology leader with a strong background in product development, cloud-native applications, and Agile delivery? We are looking for an experienced Manager – Software Engineering to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive end-to-end product development initiatives.
📍 Location: Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 10–15 Years
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the complete software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
• Drive engineering excellence by implementing development standards, code reviews, and quality assurance practices.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams comprising developers, business analysts, QA, and support professionals.
• Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize backlogs, and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure technology adoption and business impact.
• Drive process improvements and champion Agile methodologies across teams.
• Oversee application support, ensuring SLA adherence and exceptional user experience.
• Collaborate with architects and leadership teams to evaluate and implement innovative technologies.
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ 10–15 years of overall IT experience with 5–7 years of experience managing product development lifecycles and Agile delivery.
✅ 3+ years of people management experience leading engineering teams.
✅ Hands-on experience building cloud-native .NET applications (GCP preferred).
✅ Strong expertise in leading front-end, back-end, and database development teams.
✅ Experience with GitHub, Azure Repos, Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Projects.
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
✅ Experience in the healthcare domain is an added advantage.
