We are looking for an HR Operations professional with experience in managing core HR operational activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee exit formalities, including clearance, asset recovery, documentation, and employee communication.
- Handle mobility processes, including internal employee transfers, visa processing, immigration documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage employee data in HRMS systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution on HR operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in HR Operations.
- Strong experience in end-to-end exit management.
- Experience in mobility processes, including internal travel, transfers and visa management.
- Hands-on experience in HRMS administration and employee data management.
- Exposure to HR transformation, process improvement, or automation initiatives.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, reporting, and analysis.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on PeopleSoft and/or SAP HR systems.
- Knowledge of HR reporting and analytics.
- Experience in managing HR operational projects and process improvement initiatives.
Experience
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
