Job details:
- Assist in the preparation of tourism masterplans, architectural designs, and urban design proposals.
- Develop designs from concept stage through detailed design development.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, graphics, sketches, 3D models, and architectural renderings.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary technical teams for design development and project deliverables.
- Participate in site visits across India to understand project requirements and site conditions.
- Interact with government clients, stakeholders, and project teams and support client presentations.
- Contribute to the preparation of DPRs, feasibility studies, masterplans, and consultancy reports.
- Demonstrate creativity and a strong understanding of tourism, destination planning, and placemaking.
Required Expertise:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in architecture and/or urban design.
- Experience in masterplanning, urban design, architectural design, and DPR preparation.
- Prior experience working with government clients and consultancy projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant design, 3D modelling, and rendering software.
- Strong skills in visualization, graphic presentation, and design communication.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client meetings.
- Strong interest and flair for tourism and destination development projects.
Qualification:
- B.Arch. – Mandatory
- Postgraduate qualification in Urban Design / Urban Planning – Preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
