The Opportunity

As a Trainee Management Consultant, you will work closely with senior leaders, gaining hands-on experience across business operations, client management, sales strategy, leadership development, and team performance. This role is designed to provide a clear pathway into management for high-performing individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Work alongside management teams to support strategic business initiatives
- Assist in developing and implementing customer acquisition and sales strategies
- Conduct market research and provide recommendations to improve performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Support the training, coaching, and development of new team members
- Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to business planning discussions
- Participate in leadership workshops and management development programmes
