Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of product data quality standards, validation processes, and content QA practices. Basic proficiency in HTML or markup editing within CMS environments is required. The ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams is crucial, as is experience supporting localization and multi-market ecommerce operations. A background in regulated industries such as life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceuticals is a plus, along with familiarity with SEO principles related to product taxonomy and structured data. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for this role.

- Establish and uphold standards for product titles, descriptions, imagery, naming conventions, and controlled vocabularies to enhance content quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with product managers, campaign teams, creative, and ecommerce stakeholders to resolve content gaps, imagery issues, taxonomy discrepancies, and SKU readiness.
- Conduct regular audits of product content and digital assets to identify and address gaps in metadata, classification, and asset coverage.
- Manage product taxonomy, category structures, and classification standards to improve findability, navigation, SEO, and catalog scalability.
- Lead governance of digital assets within DAM platforms, ensuring metadata standards, approval workflows, and compliance with ecommerce usage policies.
- Define and enforce product data quality standards, conducting pre-publish validation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with content standards.
- Coordinate localization efforts by working with regional teams to meet global standards while supporting local market requirements.
- Perform quality assurance checks on CMS and product content before publication, validating taxonomy alignment, asset readiness, and metadata completeness.
- Make minor HTML or markup adjustments within SAP Commerce Cloud SmartEdit or product components to support content layout, SEO, and accessibility standards.
- Partner with Technology and Marketing teams to support platform enhancements, data model changes, DAM integrations, and workflow improvements.
- Evaluate the impact of content and taxonomy changes on platform performance, working with architecture teams to implement scalable solutions.
