A US fintech is scaling its India engineering team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a technical delivery owner. You will sit close to engineering, shipping platform and product work that real customers depend on. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Technical Project Manager, you will drive delivery of engineering projects end to end, translate between technical and business teams, and keep releases predictable.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Delivery
- Own sprint planning, timelines, and delivery for engineering projects
- Track scope, dependencies, and technical risk across teams
- Coordinate releases, testing, and rollout with engineering and QA
Cross-Team Alignment
- Translate between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Report progress, blockers, and decisions clearly to leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3 to 7 years managing technical or software-delivery projects
- A working understanding of software development and release cycles
- Hands-on with Agile, Scrum, and tools such as Jira
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- A background or degree in engineering or computer science
- CSM, PMP, or SAFe certification
- Exposure to fintech, payments, or regulated software
