Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing, user-centric websites and landing pages
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver functional and attractive web designs
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms
- Optimize designs for performance, responsiveness, and SEO best practices
- Stay updated with web design trends, tools, and technologies
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven work experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and layout
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice To Have
- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms
- Familiarity with JavaScript or front-end development
- Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms
