🚨 We're Hiring | Chief of Staff | Unacademy | Bengaluru
We're hiring for one of the most strategic and business-critical roles at Unacademy.
This role will work directly with the Chief Business Officer (CBO), driving high-impact strategic initiatives, business reviews, cross-functional execution, and organizational priorities. It offers exceptional exposure to leadership and the opportunity to influence key business decisions.
We're looking for someone who has:
- 4-8 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Founder's Office, Business Operations, Program Management, or Chief of Staff roles.
- An MBA from a Tier-1 B-school (Mandatory).
- Currently based in Bengaluru (Mandatory).
- Prior experience working directly with Founders, CXOs, or senior leadership teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
- Experience in high-growth startups, consulting firms, or fast-paced consumer internet companies.
In this role, you will:
- Partner directly with the Chief Business Officer on strategic business priorities.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Lead executive business reviews, governance frameworks, and performance reporting.
- Work closely with Product, Business, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR leadership.
- Identify execution gaps, drive alignment, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
📍 Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
Please note: This is a highly critical leadership role, and the MBA from a Tier-1 B-school and current Bengaluru location requirements are non-negotiable.
