Desired Profile
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 0–1 years of experience in branding, digital design, website UI/UX, and visual merchandising. Candidates with exposure to luxury, lifestyle, retail, furniture, or premium brands will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media creatives, digital advertisements, presentations, brochures, catalogs, and marketing collateral.
- Create and maintain brand assets across digital and print platforms.
- Design website layouts, landing pages, wireframes, and intuitive UI/UX experiences.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of website designs.
- Develop visual merchandising concepts for retail stores, exhibitions, and events.
- Design display graphics, signage, POS materials, packaging, and experiential branding elements.
- Support campaign ideation, product photoshoots, and creative content development.
- Ensure consistency of the Three Sixty brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience in Graphic Design or a related creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, branding, and visual communication.
- Good communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing will be an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects is preferred.
