We're building the next generation of our platform, and alongside our senior specialists, we want to build the next generation of engineers — people who are early in their telecom career, genuinely curious about how mobile networks work, and disciplined enough to grow into something serious.

Responsibilities
What matters more to us than your CVs
We'd rather hire someone with one year of experience and the right attitude than someone with five years and none of the following:
- You take ownership. When something is your responsibility, it stays your responsibility until it's actually done — not until it's someone else's problem.
- You have discipline. You show up, you follow through, and you do the unglamorous parts of the job as carefully as the interesting parts.
- You want to be told when you're wrong. Telecom networks are unforgiving of guesswork. We need people who would rather hear "that's not right, here's why" early than get it wrong in front of a live network later.
- You're genuinely curious about telecoms. Not just software. Not just AI. The actual mechanics of how a phone call or a data session works across a mobile network.
You'll work directly alongside our network engineer and NOC/support engineer, learning the real operational side of running a live mobile core network — not from a textbook, but on our actual platform:
- Monitoring live network health and learning to read the signals before they become problems
- Learning to form your own diagnosis of a network fault before you're shown what our diagnostic tooling suggests — we deliberately train engineers to think for themselves first, not to just read an answer
- Assisting with support tickets and learning the discipline of a structured incident response
- Shadowing network function commissioning and configuration work
- Taking part in regular structured learning exercises designed specifically to build real diagnostic judgement over time, not just task completion
Qualifications
A degree in telecommunications, electronics, computer science, or engineering . though we care more about what you understand than what's on the certificate
