Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM development to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Service Catalog development, Portal customization, Reports, and Dashboards, along with a solid understanding of CCPA (Common Configuration and Process Automation/related compliance framework as applicable).
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong ServiceNow ITSM development experience
- Hands-on experience with CCPA, Service Catalog development, Portal, Reports, and Dashboards
Good to Have:
- Exposure to Service Catalog, PPM, HRSD, IRM, VR, and CMDB modules
- Hands-on experience with Performance Analytics
- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Experience creating and maintaining ATFs (Automated Test Framework)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and test ServiceNow enhancement stories
- Perform software coding and customization, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, and data imports
- Handle integrations, scripting, and third-party software integrations
- Support custom application development on the ServiceNow platform
