About Us
At Bear Systems, we are launching a heavily backed, high-stakes aerospace division dedicated to architecting next-generation UAV platforms and engineering proprietary, defensive-grade Intellectual Property (IP).
We are not looking for someone to manage spreadsheets. We are looking for absolute builders.
The Rulebook: No Degrees. Just Execution.
We do not care about your academic credentials, where you went to school, or if you even finished a degree. We care about what you have built.
If you are a self-taught hardware hacker, a core contributor to open-source flight stacks, or an elite aerospace systems designer who lives and breathes autonomous flight, this lab is yours.
What You Will Do (Your Freedom)
* Complete Architectural Autonomy: You will have total freedom to design your own UAV platforms from scratch, dictating the airframes, propulsion, power management, and avionics.
* IP Generation: Lead the R&D and implementation of foundational, proprietary UAV technology and secure defensive-grade software/hardware integrations.
* Executive Leadership: Work directly alongside the founder as a strategic partner, interfacing directly with investors and major stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
* Tangible Proof of Work: You must be able to show us your CAD files, your custom airframes, your GitHub commits, or video flight logs of platforms you have personally brought to life.
* Deep Flight Stack Mastery: Strong familiarity or hands-on experience with advanced flight control systems (e.g., ArduPilot, PX4, or equivalent custom-built autonomy architectures).
* Hardware Sympathy: A deep understanding of structural layout, lightweight materials, RF/communication security, and sensor/vibration isolation.
* Pure Passion: An obsession with edge-case engineering—building systems that can flawlessly navigate complex, real-world, or GNSS-denied environments.
