Role Overview
You'll drive projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape product features — not just track tasks. You'll work directly with founders, engineers, and clinicians, gaining real ownership of product decisions in a healthcare-AI startup.
What You’ll Do
- Own project timelines, deliverables, and execution as the single point of accountability
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with founders and engineering
- Prioritize backlog and align roadmap with business and clinical goals
- Coordinate across design, development, and QA for on-time delivery
- Maintain sprint boards, trackers, and stakeholder progress reports
- Join client/stakeholder calls to capture and translate requirements into specs
- Gain exposure to FDA-regulated product development workflows
What You’ll Learn
- End-to-end product lifecycle management in a healthcare-tech startup.
- How to balance clinical, technical, and business perspectives.

What We’re Looking For
Must-have: Strong organizational skills, genuine interest in product ownership, excellent communication, structured thinker who moves fast in ambiguous environments.
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Jira/Notion/Linear/Asana, background in engineering, healthcare, life sciences, or management, prior startup experience.
