Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records maintenance. Responsibilities include supporting HR policies and procedures, handling employee queries, and facilitating engagement, performance management, and grievance resolution in alignment with company standards. The role will involve coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, requiring close collaboration with leadership and team members to foster a positive, productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with the ability to support end-to-end HR functions.
- Experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, and HRIS or HR-related systems.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with the ability to implement and communicate guidelines clearly.
- Effective Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and sensitivity to diverse workforce needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in a technology, media, or analytics-focused organization.
- Strong hold on recruitment process
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing Agency is Plus
